To provide free primary health care to 300 new OVCs every month; 75 children every week.
To provide nutritional, educational, legal, shelter, material and psycho-social support for OVCs.
To assist OVC access vocational training and economic empowerment that will enable them fulfil their destinies.
To provide free library services to indigent students as a means of improving their reading skill.
To provide empowerment and enhance personal achievement for 1,200 students annually through strategic career guidance and skill acquisition.
To help attain the 4th Millennium Development Goal of reducing the under-5 mortality rate by two-third between 1990 and 2015.
